In our severe service valves the downstream seat is integral to eliminate leakage, whilst the upstream seat guide is separate to allow for thermal expansion and smooth flow. The tight shut-off characteristics and protected seat faces make our ball valves particularly suitable for high-pressure steam blowdown, drain and vent, coker furnace, catalyst slurry, high-density polyethylene and high pressure ethylene applications, among others.
